The Hawaiʻi Tourism Authority (HTA) is soliciting a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive destination brand marketing services for the Hawaiian Islands within the North America major market areas, including the U.S. East, U.S. West, and Canada. The scope of services is limited to leisure travel marketing. The HTA is the state agency responsible for managing tourism sustainably in Hawaiʻi, consistent with community desires, economic goals, cultural values, preservation of natural resources, and visitor industry needs.
