Description

Ben Franklin Transit (BFT) is soliciting qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to remove the existing walk-up service window and lobby service counter glazing systems and install new bullet-resistant glazing and panel systems at the Three Rivers Transit facility in Kennewick, Washington. The contractor shall be responsible for complete installation and integration of the new systems, including demolition, disposal, framing modifications, finishes, and related work for a fully functional installation. All work shall comply with applicable federal, Washington State, and local laws, codes, regulations, and permits, including coordination with the City of Kennewick and inspections. Bids are due by August 12, 2026, and a non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on July 29, 2026.
