The Department of War (DOW) is seeking mature, affordable, long-range precision strike systems that can be demonstrated within 60-90 days, certified, and scaled into production within 12-18 months. The solicitation focuses on ground-launched systems with a preference for 600+ nautical miles range and payload capacity of at least 35 pounds. Solutions should demonstrate cost-effectiveness, operational reliability, and ease of employment in contested environments. Selected solutions may be eligible for follow-on prototype agreements, production awards, or other transition pathways with a total government budget of up to $250 million.
