Description
The City of Davenport is seeking qualified electrical contractors to provide on-call technical services at the Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP), located at 2606 South Concord Street. Services include electrical distribution of 15 kV and below, with required knowledge in PLC programming, automation integration, industrial communications support, and CAD drafting. Contractors will support safe, reliable plant operations through troubleshooting, emergency response, system improvements, and accurate documentation in compliance with applicable safety and industry standards. The initial contract term is three years with two optional one-year extensions, and the City reserves the right to award to multiple contractors.
