Description

The City of Palm Desert is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide a comprehensive Public Records Request Management System. The system must support compliance with the California Public Records Act, improve operational efficiency, enhance transparency, and streamline records request processing. The selected vendor will implement an integrated, configurable, automated, and user-friendly system including components such as request intake and workflow management, records collection, review and redaction, electronic communications discovery, reporting, analytics, and integration with existing city systems. The contract will establish a Professional Services Agreement for a term of one year.
