Description

This solicitation seeks qualified firms to provide professional services related to solid waste management, including landfill design, environmental compliance, permitting, groundwater monitoring, landfill gas systems, NPDES, ecological services, and related projects. The contract will be awarded based on qualifications, experience, project approach, and other evaluation criteria. Selected firms will be part of a pool to provide services on an as-needed basis. The contract will be on a task order basis with negotiations for each scope of work. The County encourages participation from small, minority, women-owned, and disadvantaged businesses.
