Description

Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) Procurement Group, Patuxent River, MD, hereby gives notice of intent to award a purchase order to PARPAS AMERICA CORPORATION (Cage Code: 6G0H4), on a sole source basis in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Part 12.102, Restricting competition.  The purchase order is anticipated to include a period of performance of one (1) year and be awarded by 24-AUG-2026. 

Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) has a requirement for a kenomatics check, adjustment and alignment of all the axis on the Shark Milling Machine, PARPAS AMERICA CORPORATION is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and holds exclusive licensing to perform services on the equipment.    The applicable NAICS Code is 811310 and the PSC Code is J034.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received by the response date for this notice, will be reviewed. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received because of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
