Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items This document is prepared in accordance with FAR part 12 and FAR 13 for simplified acquisition procedures. It constitutes the only solicitation; no paper copies will be available. The solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov. The RFQ number is SPMYM326Q8031. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 (March 13, 2026) and DFARS Change Notice 20260702. This is a brand name only requirement for Fairbanks Morse Company, as they are the sole manufacturer of the listed part. Quotations for different manufacturers will not be considered.
