The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District (SAS), is conducting Market Research for a Design-Build Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) within the SAS Area of Responsibility (AOR) GA, NC, and SC to provide construction, rehabilitation, maintenance or repair and incidental work to include, site work, mechanical systems, plumbing, utility systems, structural, electrical, HVAC, instrumentation, security and safety areas of Government Facilities. The anticipated contract is being established primarily to support the Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) program and Military Construction program for the Savannah District. The anticipated not to exceed capacity of $499M amongst the pool of awardees
