Description

The City University of New York (CUNY) is requesting a single-source exemption to enter into a five-year agreement with The MathWorks, Inc. for a university-wide MATLAB and Simulink Campus-Wide Enterprise License from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2031. This license will provide unlimited access to MATLAB, Simulink, and associated toolboxes and services for CUNY faculty, staff, and students. The contract includes software maintenance, technical support, updates, MATLAB Online, MATLAB Grader, and related instructional and research resources. MATLAB and Simulink are proprietary software platforms essential to CUNY's instructional, research, and academic operations across many disciplines.
