The City University Construction Fund (CUCF) on behalf of the City University of New York (CUNY) Office of Facilities Planning, Construction and Management is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to secure professional services of firms to provide General Contractor Services at CUNY facilities across 25 institutions in New York City. The scope includes façade repair, interior renovation, structural work, civil and geotechnical construction, plumbing and fire protection, roofing, and window services. The contract term is 5 years with a possible 1-year extension. MWBE participation goal is up to 30% and SDVOB participation goal is up to 6%.
