MTA Construction & Development (MTA C&D) seeks to engage a consultant to provide personnel to perform and provide Program Management Consultant services to assist in managing, overseeing, and coordinating the work included in the Grand Central Artery Program for MTA C&D. The contract term is 60 months and the services are to be provided statewide. A pre-bid conference will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams. Vendors must be registered with SAM and have an MTA bidder/supplier number to participate.
