The scope includes asbestos abatement, structural steel, masonry, metals, railings, carpentry, thermal protection, sealants, doors, aluminum storefronts, hardware, finishes, acoustic panels, ceilings, partitions, flooring, tiles, toilet accessories, signage, minor sitework, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. Plans will be available after July 22, 2026, and a project walk-through is scheduled for July 30, 2026. Bids are due by August 19, 2026, with work performed at SUNY Potsdam and bid opening in Albany, NY.
