Description

The Library of Congress/FEDLINK intends to issue a firm fixed price sole-source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Products to Progressive Technology Federal Systems (PTFS), Inc., for its Bibliovation library services platform for the Defense Intelligence Agency Library.  Bibliovation is a comprehensive, web-based search platform designed to consolidate a library’s physical and digital resources into a single, intuitive search interface.  The anticipated period of performance will be a base year with four one-year options.

This notice is for information purposes only and is not a solicitation.  No contract will be awarded based on offers received in response to this notice.   All sources eligible to meet this requirement must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with strong and convincing evidence that clearly articulate the company’s ability to satisfy this requirement as outlined above. A request for documentation will not be considered an affirmative response.
