Description

The College of Southern Nevada (CSN) Facilities Management Department is soliciting bids for the CSN Collegewide E-Access Project. The project involves a turn-key installation of electronic access to all exterior doors and classroom doors currently lacking e-access across all CSN campuses. The contractor is responsible for providing all materials, labor, permits, and supervision to complete the project within 180 days from the notice to proceed. A mandatory all-day site walk to all campuses, including Mesquite, is scheduled for July 30, 2026, and bids must be submitted by August 20, 2026.
