The U.S. Embassy Wellington is seeking to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the supply, delivery, assembly, and warranty support of residential furniture for government residences. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Embassy Wellington (Department of State) - Products/Services Requested: - Wide range of residential furniture including: - Coffee tables, floor lamps, lounge chairs (1-seater), love seats (2-seater), nesting tables, round tables, sofas (3-seater), TV/media cabinets, buffet cabinets, dining chairs, dining tables with extension leaves, bookcases, desks, desk lamps, dressers, chests of drawers/tall boys, bedside tables, queen and king single headboards, dining table pads, queen and king single mattresses, queen split bases, king single bases, outdoor tables, and outdoor chairs - Services include delivery, assembly, placement, packaging removal, and warranty support (minimum 12 months) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All furniture must be new and unused - Vendors must provide at least a 12-month warranty - Pricing must include delivery, assembly, and removal of packaging - BPA ordering period is five years, with a maximum total order value of $350,000 - No guaranteed purchase quantities; individual orders will be competed among BPA holders - No specific OEMs or brands are named; the opportunity is open to multiple vendors able to meet the requirements

Enclosed is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purchase of residential furniture for the U.S. Embassy Wellington, New Zealand. The Embassy seeks to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to facilitate repetitive, pre-negotiated purchases of household furniture, furnishings, and related supplies in support of successful mission performance.
