Description
This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for market research and information-gathering purposes in accordance with FAR 10.002. It does not constitute a Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) or a solicitation, and no proposal or offer submitted in response will be evaluated for award. The Government will not pay for information submitted, and no entitlement to costs shall arise as a result of a response to this notice.
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), is conducting market research to identify sources capable of providing surface and/or structured vehicle parking spaces in the vicinity of existing or planned ICE facilities in the locations identified in the Schedule below. Responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy, including the extent of competition and small business set-aside potential, for future Requests for Lease Proposals (RLPs) covering these requirements.
Term: 5 years, 3 years firm
Parking must be contiguous and all located within the CBD for each location.
