The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, PBS Project Delivery East - Branch E, is seeking construction services for the 5th floor USAO office at 500 Pearl Street, New York. - Scope of work includes: - Replacement of carpet throughout the 5th floor office - Repair and painting of walls and doors - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or material vendors are named in the solicitation - All materials, labor, and supervision must be provided by the contractor - Only pre-listed contractors are eligible to submit quotes; no open competition for other vendors - No unique product requirements, part numbers, or proprietary materials specified - The procurement focuses on general construction and finish work, not specialized equipment or branded products

Description

In accordance with FAR 12.201-1 (c)(2) (RFO-2025-12), GSA will to issue this solilcitation to the following contractors:

Anderson General BDS LLC ALLSERVICE CORP. Marco America Corp  J.MITACEK , CONTRACTING CORP.

This project will require Construction Services including Materials, Labor, and Supervision for carpet replacement and the repair and painting of both the walls and doors on the 5th floor USAO office at 500 Pearl Street, New York.

Quotes will not be considered from other vendors not on the above list.
