Description

The City of Waco is requesting bids for Landfill Leachate Hauling Services. The successful bidder(s) shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, permits, and supplies necessary to safely and legally transport leachate generated at a City-operated solid waste landfill facility to a City-operated wastewater treatment facility. Services include loading, transportation, and unloading of leachate from the landfill leachate collection/storage system to the designated wastewater treatment facility. Hauling services are required between 4730 TK Parkway, Axtell, TX 76624 and 1147 Treatment Plant Road, Waco, TX 76708, with operation hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Loads must be transported as full loads only, with partial loads allowed only with prior approval and paid at a pro-rated rate.
