NASA Sole Source Procurement of HyperFlux Software and Source Code from Geometric Integrity LLC

NASA Langley Research Center is seeking a sole source procurement for HyperFlux Software from Geometric Integrity LLC to support advanced computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations. - The procurement is for a perpetual software license, including: - HyperFlux software with source code - Structured simplicial 4D grid generator - Pre- and post-processing utilities - Documentation for convection and inviscid-flow equation solutions - Deliverables and milestones: - Original HyperFlux software and documentation by May 31, 2026 - Enhanced HyperFlux code and grid generation tools by August 31, 2026 - Final documentation on iterative convergence and solution accuracy by December 31, 2026 - The software will be used for aerodynamic simulations, such as the ONERA M6 wing - Geometric Integrity LLC is identified as the sole provider (OEM) for HyperFlux Software - The procurement is conducted under FAR Part 12 (commercial item procedures) and NAICS code 513210 - Interested parties may submit capability statements, but NASA may proceed with the sole source award if no alternatives are found

ynopsis:

NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Hyperflux Software. 

NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to   GEOMETRIC INTEGRITY LLC  under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that   GEOMETRIC INTEGRITY LLC  is the sole provider of Hyperflux Software

NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Langley Research Center (LARC).

The Government intends to acquire Commercialitems or services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 for Commercial

The NAICS Code for this procurement is 513210.

Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on 7/27/2026. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
