This opportunity is for service contracts supporting Protestant chapel activities at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base: - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 4th Contracting Squadron, 4th Fighter Wing, and 4th Combat Squadron at Seymour Johnson AFB - Offices include Chapel/Religious Affairs - Services Requested: - Protestant Music Director - Lead and manage music for Protestant worship services - Provide piano/keyboard accompaniment, choir leadership, music arrangement, and support for special events - Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, technical audition, and background check - Estimated up to 10 hours per week - Protestant Religious Education (RE) Coordinator - Manage and coordinate the Protestant RE program - Duties include program development, volunteer coordination, budget assistance, event facilitation (e.g., Vacation Bible School), and facility stewardship - Requires at least 3 years of relevant experience and background checks for working with youth - Approximately 80-100 hours monthly - Contract Structure: - Base year plus four 12-month option years (total potential duration: 5 years) - Firm fixed price - 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 813110 - No OEMs or commercial product vendors are named; this is a service-only procurement - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Technical audition and background checks required for Music Director - Background checks mandatory for RE Coordinator working with youth - Government-furnished musical instruments and equipment available for Music Director - Compliance with Air Force and chapel policies required

Seymour Johnson Air Force Base in Goldsboro, NC has a requirement for vendors capable of providing the following chapel support personnel:

Protestant Services: One (1) Protestant Religious Education (RE) Coordinator AND One (1) Protestant Music Director
