FEMA is seeking janitorial services for its Vehicle Storage Administration Building (VSAB), Building B, in Maynard, Massachusetts. - Government Buyer: - Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), MERS Maynard - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation - Services Requested: - Comprehensive janitorial and utility services for approximately 50,400 sq. ft. of office, vehicle/maintenance, and storage space - Tasks include daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, waxing, carpet cleaning, window washing, trash removal, restroom sanitation, floor maintenance) - Emergency call-back service and a quality control program are required - Notable Requirements: - Use of odorless, non-allergenic, environmentally friendly cleaning supplies that meet Green Seal Standards - Strict security, safety, and quality control measures, including background checks and training for contractor personnel

Description

This is a Request for Proposal for janitorial services at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) buidling in Maynard, Massachusetts. The work described in the Statement of Work provides for management, supervision, labor, transportation, supplies, material, equipment, required to perform the Janitorial Services and miscellaneous utility work effectively, economically, and satisfactorily at the FEMA Maynard Facility.
