The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime - Puget Sound is seeking quotes for the supply of canvas bootees for sandblast gear use. - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Maritime - Puget Sound Contracting Division (DLA-PME), Bremerton, WA - OEMs and Vendors: - Z Manufacturing (CAGE 6FPE5) is specified as the manufacturer - Products/Services Requested: - 4,000 pairs of canvas bootees total - 2,000 pairs, size Large (Part Number: 8415LLS052887) - 2,000 pairs, size X-Large (Part Number: 8415LLS052888) - Bootees are 12 oz. cotton canvas, natural color, intended for sandblast gear - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Delivery required within 2 weeks of award to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, WA - Strict quality, inspection, and supply chain traceability requirements - Items must be commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) - Compliance with NIST SP 800-171 is required unless items are COTS - Vendors must provide manufacturer information, lead time, and delivery date

THIS SOLICITATION AND ANY SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS WILL BE POSTED TO THE SAM WEBSITE: SAM.GOV 

ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF QUOTES IS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SAM WEBSITE. 

To be considered for award, if the contractor (awardee) is required to implement NIST SP 800-171, the contractor (awardee) shall have a current assessment as detailed in DFARS 252.204-7019 (I.E., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation) 

Items deemed to be Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) are exempt from NIST SP 800-171 requirement.  Must identify and provide information to contracting officer on bid during solicitation period

K21 – Check the appropriate box and provide the Manufacturer’s Name, Address and the Country of Manufacturing  Section F. –  Provide the Lead Time and/or Delivery Date.  Section K. - 52.204-24 (d)(1) and (2) Check the applicable boxes  Section K. - 52.212-3. Check the applicable boxes  Page 1 -  Read box 28 and sign boxes 30 a, b, and c.  Return the signed and filled out solicitation with your quote by THURSAY, 23 JULY 2025, 11am PST
