This opportunity seeks vendors to provide leased non-tactical vehicles and related support for the 2d Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) in the EUCOM area. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy - 2d Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) - Expeditionary Contracting Office - Products/Services Requested: - Leasing of Sports Utility Vehicles (SUVs), Eight Passenger Vans, and Light Duty Trucks - Lease terms: daily, weekly, and monthly options - All vehicles must include GPS, climate control, all-wheel drive, and winter tires - Vehicles must be maintained, insured, and meet safety/operational standards - Labor and parts reimbursement for vehicle repairs due to government personnel negligence - Requires prior written Notice to Proceed - Geographic Scope: - Service areas include Norway, Finland, Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania, Italy, Spain, and Estonia - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Vehicles must be equipped for European climates and road conditions - Flexible lease durations to accommodate mission needs - Contractor responsible for maintenance and insurance - No specific OEMs or brands are named in the solicitation - Interested vendors should be capable of providing compliant vehicles and support services across multiple European countries
