This solicitation is an MBE set-aside and only MBE dealers with active certification at the time of closing can submit a response. Bidders must be MBE suppliers on specified state contracts and quote prices at or below contract pricing. The contract may be renewed for up to three additional one-year terms at the discretion of the DAS.
