Description
This solicitation is for a contract to furnish labor, materials, and services required to produce Asphaltic Mixture for Hot Application acceptable to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development. The contract period is six months, from September 1, 2026, through February 28, 2027. The contract includes both regular and polymer modified asphaltic mixtures, with the option for the Department to purchase either product at the district administrator's discretion. Bidders must have certified plants prior to award and maintain certification throughout the contract period.
