Description

Carteret County Government is soliciting competitive proposals for the replacement and installation of new HVAC equipment serving the Superior Courtroom 1 on the second floor of the Courthouse located at 302 Courthouse Square, Beaufort, NC. The project includes removal and replacement of existing water source heat pumps, installation of new equipment connected to existing power, duct, and water piping, and related repairs such as cutting and patching sheet rock ceilings. Alternate bids are requested for additional work including replacement with split system heat pumps, spray foam insulation, ceiling work, and duct cleaning.
