The Department of Veterans Affairs, Martinsburg VA Medical Center, is seeking information from vendors for a potential procurement of commercial kitchen equipment and systems. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs - Martinsburg VA Medical Center - Network Contract Office 5 - OEMs Highlighted: - Hobart (Flight-Type Advanced Dishwasher System, model FT2000A or equal) - Aerowerks (Soiled Breakdown System with conveyor, cleaning stations, and sink) - Products/Systems Requested: - Hobart Flight-Type Advanced Dishwasher System (FT2000A or equivalent) - Aerowerks Soiled Breakdown System (double slat belt accumulation conveyor, soiled dish table, hose clean-up station, mobile soak, and sink) - Heavy Duty Waste Collector System (trough, end gusher, and side nozzles) - Notable Requirements: - Vendors must provide product brochures, specification sheets, warranty, life expectancy, and maintenance requirements - Proof of authorized distributorship required if not the manufacturer - Installation and training must be included - Both brand name and equivalent solutions are acceptable - The government is conducting market research and is not issuing a formal solicitation at this stage.

This is a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice (SS), this is not a Request for Quotes (RFQ) or Request for Proposals (RFP). No formal solicitation document exists at this present time. This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice NAICS 333310 Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing PSC 7320 kitchen equipment and appliances (description) NAIC size standard of 1000 employees for the Martinsburg VAMC.

Responses to this Sources Sought notice will be utilized by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this Sources Sought notice, a solicitation announcement may or may not be published in SEWP, FedBizOpps (FBO) or GSA ebuy.
