Description

The Lowell Housing Authority is seeking proposals from qualified inspection companies to provide Housing Quality Standards (HQS) and Massachusetts Sanitary Code inspections for 1,000 to 1,250 subsidized units annually in Lowell and surrounding communities. The inspections will be limited to annual inspections and re-inspections. This procurement is for services related to units contracted under the Housing Choice Voucher Program, the Lowell Rental Assistance Program, and the Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program. The scope includes qualitative and historic review of the inspections performed.
