Description
The City of Los Angeles, Bureau of Engineering (BOE), Architectural Division is seeking a qualified consultant to provide interior and exterior rehabilitation of an existing historical Fire Station for the development of a Junior Arts Center. The scope includes architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, bid support, historic preservation documentation, and construction administration services. The project is only applicable to firms on the 2025 Pre-Qualified On-Call Architectural and Related Professional Services List - Tier 1 and Tier 2. Subconsultants added to the contract must be registered with RAMP.
