Sharyland Independent School District (Sharyland ISD) is seeking bids for a General Maintenance Multi-Trade Service, Supplies & Equipment contract to support district-wide needs on an as-needed basis. - Catalog/discount bid with indefinite quantities - Vendors must provide percentage discounts from current manufacturer price lists or catalogs, or fixed price lists - Wide range of maintenance-related products and services covered, including: - Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, general hardware, lighting, paint and coatings, tools, custodial supplies, grounds and landscaping, irrigation, flooring, lumber, DIY outdoor kit and furniture assembly, concrete and soil materials, pest control, welding, door and window glass, general equipment rentals, and HVAC water treatment supplies and equipment - No specific OEMs or vendors named; open to all qualified suppliers - Notable requirements: - Firm pricing for the contract term - Delivery within five business days - Acceptance of returns without restocking fees (except special orders) - Compliance with district, state, and federal certifications - Estimated aggregate contract value is $500,000; actual purchases depend on district needs and funding - Contract term is one year with an option for a three-year extension (up to four years total) - Multiple vendors may be awarded; contract remains open for adding approved vendors throughout its term
