Description

The City of Raleigh is seeking qualified firms to provide construction materials testing, special inspection services, and environmental investigation, monitoring, and construction-phase environmental compliance services for the Raleigh Convention Center Expansion. The project is located on a fully developed urban site in downtown Raleigh and involves coordination with multiple stakeholders including the Construction Manager, Design Team, City of Raleigh, and North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality. Firms may submit qualifications for either or both scopes of service, which will be evaluated separately.
