Description

The City of Milpitas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide an off-the-shelf, highly configurable online utility billing and payment portal for its water utility customers. The portal will allow customers to view, manage, and pay their utility bills online securely. It will send electronic notifications for new invoices and payment reminders. The selected vendor must migrate existing customer data and integrate the portal with several systems including Cayenta Utility Billing System and Tyler ERP. The contract is for three years with two optional three-year extensions.
