Description
This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR Subpart 12; simplified acquisition procedures apply. VA will conduct the procurement according to a combination of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 12, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
The solicitation number is 36C25626Q1035 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The proposed contract action will initiate a new supply agreement/contract to provide two (2) Philips transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) ultrasound transducers.
