The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Kayenta Health Center is seeking to procure a range of Cepheid-branded reagents, test kits, and collection devices for use with the GeneXpert Analyzer system. - Government Buyer: - Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Kayenta Health Center Acquisition Department - OEM Highlight: - Cepheid is the required Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for all reagents and test kits - Products/Services Requested: - Multiple Cepheid GeneXpert-compatible test cartridges and collection kits - Includes urine collection kits, Xpert swabs, nasal swabs, disposable swabs, and collection devices - Test kits for pathogens such as CDIFF/EPI, MRSA, CT/NG, TV, MVP, Strepa, and COVID-19/Flu/RSV - Quantities range from 1 to 300 units per item - Specific part numbers provided for each item - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Only Cepheid-branded products are acceptable to ensure compatibility with the GeneXpert Analyzer - Procurement is set aside for small businesses, including HUBZone and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses - No alternative brands or generics will be considered - Period of Performance: - Base period of 12 months with an additional 6-month option period (total up to 18 months)

Description

The Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located in/at Highway 160, Mile Post 394.3, Kayenta, AZ 86033 has a requirement for Cepheid reagents for the GeneXpert Analyzer. Period of performance: 08/17/2026 to 08/16/2027 with an option period of 6 months. 

The Government shall keep the solicitation posted and open for quotes until 08/06/2026 @ 5:00pm MST. To be considered for award, your offer shall include the following documents/information listed in the attached solicitation.
