Description

The Town of Carrboro is seeking proposals for designing, furnishing, installing, configuring, and supporting a professional audiovisual system for recording and livestreaming Town Council meetings and other public events at the Drakeford Library Complex. The project includes evaluating the reuse of existing Town Hall audiovisual equipment, incorporating new equipment, or proposing innovative solutions. The system must provide reliable livestreaming and recording, excellent audio and video quality, ease of operation by Town staff, and timely installation before the first Council meeting in Fall 2026. Vendors are encouraged to attend a pre-proposal site visit and submit detailed implementation schedules.
