Description

The City of Tampa is seeking a 3 Ton mini split unit to create a conditioned space for a small warehouse. The contractor is required to provide a wall-mounted 3 ton mini split unit that can be mounted on a concrete CMU wall, including all necessary components for mounting the condenser to an exterior concrete wall and the air handler to an interior concrete wall. The exterior mounting system must be robust enough to withstand hurricane wind conditions. The contractor must also provide all required disconnects for the HVAC unit and a thermostat/controller. Installation will be handled by others. The unit should be easy to install with at least 20 feet of pre-charged lines and rated for a 240V breaker.
