Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that hardwood and decorative plywood from the People's Republic of China is sold in the United States at less than fair value. The investigation period covers October 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025. The final dumping margins are detailed in the final determination section of the notice. The determination is effective as of July 21, 2026. The scope excludes certain types of plywood such as structural plywood meeting specific U.S. product standards and certain wooden furniture goods.
