Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that hardwood and decorative plywood from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value. The investigation covers the period from October 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025. This notice includes the final affirmative determination of sales at less than fair value and a final negative determination of critical circumstances. The scope of the investigation excludes certain products such as structural plywood meeting specific standards and fully assembled wooden furniture goods ready for use at importation.
