Description
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) publishes this regular biweekly notice pursuant to section 189a.(2) of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. The notice includes all amendments issued or proposed to be issued from June 23, 2026, to July 6, 2026, involving no significant hazards considerations (NSHC). The NRC has the authority to issue and make immediately effective any amendment to an operating license or combined license upon a determination that such amendment involves no significant hazards consideration, notwithstanding any pending requests for hearings. Comments on these amendments must be filed by August 20, 2026, and requests for hearings or petitions for leave to intervene must be filed by September 21, 2026.
