Description

The State of Oregon, through the Department of Human Services, is seeking qualified Contract Attorneys for the Estate Administration Unit. These contractors will serve as conservators and personal representatives, responsible for drafting and filing petitions under ORS chapters 125 and 113, as well as simple estate affidavits under ORS 114. The work includes managing the court process until the termination of conservatorship, estate closure, appointment of another fiduciary, dismissal of the action, or court-ordered closure.
