Description

The Ministry of Natural Resources is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for Contract Administration Services for the McConnell Lake Road Upgrades project. The selected vendor will provide full-time on-site construction inspection, contract administration, and quality assurance services. The services include ensuring compliance with contractual obligations related to workmanship, safety, environmental protection, and statutory requirements, as well as monitoring and inspecting activities to verify adherence to Contract Documents, OPSS, and OPSD. The construction is scheduled to start in Fall 2026, with substantial performance targeted for October 30, 2026, and total performance by November 27, 2026.
