Description
The City is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified consultants to perform environmental services including review of the approved Final Environmental Assessment with Findings of No Significant Impact and conducting technical studies required for NEPA/CEQA Revalidation for the Rancho Vista Boulevard Grade Separation Project. The project involves constructing a railroad grade separation at Rancho Vista Boulevard and Sierra Highway, widening roads, installing sidewalks, lighting, landscaping, and drainage improvements to enhance safety and traffic flow. The consultant will also prepare and conduct community outreach meetings and attend a City Council meeting. The final design of the project is at 95% completion.
