The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) Southern Operating Centre (SOC) is seeking proposals for architectural and engineering (A&E) services to design new office and support spaces at its facilities in Taranto and Gioia del Colle, Italy. - Government Buyer: - NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA), Southern Operating Centre (SOC) - Scope of Work: - Architectural and engineering design services for four distinct lots: - Conversion of Building 3 for office use - Demolition and reconstruction of Building 1W for HQ/COM offices - Demolition and reconstruction of Building 5W for logistics section offices - Development of the Gioia del Colle area, including site infrastructure and new facilities - Services include feasibility assessment, full design up to Technical-Economic Feasibility (PFTE) permit level, preparation of technical documentation, and obtaining all required permits and authorizations from Italian authorities - Notable Requirements: - Compliance with all relevant Italian national, regional, and local legislation - ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent quality certification required - Strict security and access procedures for personnel and vehicles - Partial bidding is allowed per lot, but not within portions of a lot - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; opportunity is open to qualified firms meeting technical and administrative requirements

Description

This solicitation is for architectural and engineering (A&E) services for the design of new office spaces and other premises at the NATO Support and Procurement Agency's Southern Operating Centre (NSPA SOC). The project is divided into four lots, including conversion of Building 3, demolition and reconstruction of Buildings 1W and 5W, and development at Gioia del Colle. The contractor will provide complete design services up to the Technical-Economic Feasibility (PFTE) design permit level, including obtaining all necessary permits and authorizations. Partial bidding per lot is allowed, but partial bidding within portions of a lot is not accepted.
