Description

The City of Casa Grande is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction and complete construction services for the Casa Grande Aquatics Complex in Casa Grande, Arizona. The project includes the construction of a heated, recreational, competitive swimming pool and other recreational amenities such as water slides, ramada spaces, picnic patio, family pool with zero-depth entry, lazy river, and/or spray playground. The CMAR will work with the design team during pre-construction to develop final design plans, provide value engineering suggestions, develop a guaranteed maximum price proposal, and plan procurement of long-lead items. During construction, the CMAR will serve as the general contractor, manage subcontractor bids, maintain the project schedule, ensure quality control, and maintain a safe work site. Responses must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. local time on August 11, 2026.
