The City of Casa Grande, Arizona, is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction and complete construction services for the Casa Grande Sports Field Complex. The project includes lighted baseball and softball fields, multipurpose sports and event fields, and special event space with lighting and expanded capacity. The CMAR will work with the design team, develop a guaranteed maximum price, and serve as the general contractor during construction.
