Person County is requesting Statements of Qualifications from interested and qualified Aviation Consultants for engineering and general consulting services for the Raleigh Regional Airport at Person County. The scope includes environmental studies, engineering studies, surveys, land acquisition assistance, apron expansion, airfield lighting and signage, NAVAIDs, airport visual aids, runway extensions and improvements, runway safety areas, airfield pavement rehabilitation, hangers, taxiways, fencing, roadways and parking lots, perimeter road, landside paving, terminal expansion and improvements, fueling facilities, and other related projects. The contract period covers various projects as may be needed during the contract period. Qualifications Statements are due by August 27, 2026, and must be submitted to the Person County Office Building in Roxboro, NC.
