Lee County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide and deliver unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel on an as-needed basis for routine operations and prolonged emergency activities. The contract includes all necessary labor, services, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation, skills, and incidentals required. Vendors must comply with all applicable federal terms and conditions, including Federal Grant Requirements and 2 CFR part 200. Bids must be submitted electronically or hand-delivered by the specified deadline and will be publicly opened at the Lee County Procurement Management Division office.
