Description

The purpose of this requirement is to procure an annual subscription that provides access to the Candid database for use in the Interagency Coordination Division to use to provide non-Federal Recovery resources to survivors who may not qualify for Federal programs or in an area in which a disaster is not declared. Access to this platform would bolster Interagency Coordination Division's capacity to coordinate the programs and subject matter expertise of the Federal interagency and combine it with private sector and non-profit resources available in the Candid database. Access to this database will streamline and enhancing both the speed and efficiency in Federal Emergency Management Agency’s ability to provide disaster recovery assistance and vital resources outside of the Federal scope and strengthen States, Localities, Tribes, and Territories, non-profits, and external stakeholders’ capabilities in restoring critical infrastructure, protecting public health and safety, and facilitating community recovery after major disasters.
