Description

The Hawai'i State Public Library System (HSPLS) is seeking qualified contractors with expertise in assessment and evaluation to conduct an independent evaluation of HSPLS's Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) Five-Year Plan 2023-2027. The evaluation will assess the effectiveness of LSTA-funded activities, measure progress toward stated goals, and provide recommendations to inform the development of Hawai'i's 2028-2032 LSTA Five-Year Plan. The final Evaluation Report must comply with the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) requirements for State Program Evaluations.
